WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

We offer shipping within Europe as well as worldwide shipping to over 180 countries.

However, we currently have to charge additional shipping fees outside the European border (some European countries may be included in those zones). We like to offer our customers the best possible service and will make sure to improve these costs in the near future.

WE OFFER STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently only offer standard shipping flat fees for all options.

We offer free standard shipping for all countries falling under the category "Europe" (see list below).

We are doing our best to improve our shipping policies and hope to be able to ship worldwide for free in the near future.  

Although standard shipping times usually last between 4-7 days, the actual delivery times depend on your local delivery services.

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer free shipping within the EU on orders regardless of the amount of purchase made. 

Standard shipping will automatically appear as free during checkout if your delivery address falls under the above listed European free zone.

WE WORK WITH LOCAL SHIPPING CARRIER

We currently only work with local shipping carriers (Post Luxembourg).

TAXES AND DUTIES

It is important to note that once your order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer.

Packmat LTD. is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost.

For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
